Oats masala vada

Made Oats masala vada for the tea time snack a few days back. The recipe is adapted from Rak's kitchen for Oats Panniyaram. She has provided nice step by step pictures. Followed the same procedure but kept the mixture thick and fried it into masala vadais.

Sorry I don't have any pictures of the masala vadais... They were all over before I could click one! May be next time... :)
